‘‘As factors in a process, pressure and time, when evaluated at various phases, will lead to dramatically different outcomes. Both elements have an impact on every endeavour, physical or mental. As individuals, we make a conscious or unconscious decision to participate in, or even deny, these impacts. We can be process drivers, aware of its possibilities, or distracted passengers along for the journey.’
